By entering the Competition, you agree to the following:

• The competition is open to individuals aged 21 years and above except anyone connected with the organization.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• To enter you must “Enter The Competition” and provide a valid email address and mobile number. The details entered will be used for contacting the winner.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The closing date for entry will be 25th of May 2023.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Submit a valid competition entry on www.centauruscharter.com (see competition banner) by entering all your details accurately. You will receive an email with your ticket number.
• Centaurus Charter is not responsible for inaccurate contact details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as follows: 3-Hour Super Yacht Party Trip (Sharing Basis) for five people! Centaurus Charter Voucher.
• Only 6 winners will be announced every week (5 FREE tickets each).
• Vouchers are not redeemable on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), public holidays, and festive seasons.
• The voucher is redeemable only on Thursdays, Trip timing TBA (To be booked prior only by our team)
• Discount on web rate can’t be in conjunction with any other promo.
• An expired voucher cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received.
• The Winners will be notified by email or by phone within 7 days of the draw or closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• I consent to the broadcast, photographing, and video of me during the trip/event by Centaurus Group. I am explicitly releasing Centaurus Group against any claims that arise from the consent here granted.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. And we reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
